When placed inside the shelter, this statue increases it's overall comfort level.

While placed inside or outside the shelter, the Rorry Stoneskin gives all miners +5 points to that skill.
This skill bonus does not stack, i.e., placing more than one Rorry Stoneskin grants no benefit to miners.
